[slurm-users] Slurm version 22.05 is now available

The cgroup/v2 support is exciting! Minor nitpick: I was reading up on the
new `--prefer` option in the `sbatch` man page¹ and I noticed that it
refers to `--constraints` (plural), but the option is actually
`--constraint`.
