[slurm-users] Remove memory limit from GrpTRES

>From sacctmgr man page:
"To clear a previously set value use the modify command with a new value of
-1 for each TRES id."

So something like
# sacctmgr modify user ghatee set GrpTRES=mem=-1

Similar for other TRES settings
