[slurm-users] Multiple SLURM installations

Hi,

The SLURM FAQ indicates that it is possible to run multiple versions of 
SLURM in parallel.

Can one do this as a user (without sysadmin rights)? For example to 
enable choice of topology and/or use of PMI. Ideally, one could use 
salloc in the default SLURM installation to request specific nodes, and 
then use the second parallel SLURM installation to manage the resulting job.
