Hi All,

Due to the CPU time bug in the last release, we currently have a large
amount of malformed entries in our database. I have attempted to follow the
instructions from a user on this bug report
<https://bugs.schedmd.com/show_bug.cgi?id=6332> to fix the db entries,
specifically:

1. Integer divide the sys_sec and user_sec columns by the USER_HZ sysconfig
variable.
2. Parse the tres_values string for '1=<value>'. Integer divide this by
USER_HZ.

I have written a script to perform this fix automatically, however altering
these columns on effected rows does not seem to do the trick when reviewing
the jobs in sstat. Would anyone have any resources available on fixing
these entries?

I appreciate any help provided!
