[slurm-users] Restarted job fails immediately

Hi All,

I found this issue was fixed with the following commit and confirmed that
the problem was resolved at tag slurm-19-05-2-1.

- 6cbcfdb Brian Christiansen 2019-08-08 Fix jobs being killed after being
requeued by preemption
