[slurm-users] SLURM with OpenMPI

We are new to SLURM, migrating over from SGE.

When launching OpenMPI jobs (version 4.0.2 in this case) via srun, are 
the MCA parameters followed when they are set via environmental 
variables, e.g. OMPI_MCA_param?
