[slurm-users] Slurm 19-05-4-1 and Centos8

Hi all,

we would like to run a CentOS8 cluster latest mid-2020, so we might create the ticket to get attention.

If you achieve progress with building Slurm RPMs, it would be great when you keep us in the loop.
