The longer fields is the main reason why I switched from -o to -O formats.

I expect (but don't know for sure) that this command should show full 
UserName fields, among other things:

squeue -t RUNNING -h -O 'State: ,JobID: ,JobArrayID: ,UserName: 
,GroupName: ,StartTime: ,EndTime: ,TimeUsed: ,Partition: ,NumNodes: 
,tres-per-node: ,NodeList: ,Name:'

This -O format of course requires a newer version of Slurm than 18.08...
