[slurm-users] safe to delete old QOSes?

Hi Prentice,

I've just done that on one of my test systems - and it's not deleting a 
no longer used QoS, but 'renaming' the most used one. So plenty of test 
jobs that used it in the database :)

Removing it from the cluster has not modified the entries in sacct, as 
far as I can tell - they still have the QoS listed they were run as, 
regardless of that existing in the cluster or not.

Not that that's an 'official' answer (I'd like one of those as well :) 
), but at least it looks as if it shouldn't be an issue, from my limited 
testing.
