[slurm-users] Demo: Multi-computer container-based Slurm cluster over ssh

Here is a software project that I just released:

It can run a Slurm cluster in containers over ssh with the
help of podman, norouter, sshocker and systemd.

The project was forked from
https://github.com/giovtorres/slurm-docker-cluster

Running a compute job in a separate container is not supported yet
https://github.com/eriksjolund/slurm-container-cluster/issues/1
but I think it should be possible to add that feature.
