This works for me with a completed job:

# sacct -j 2507000 --format AveCPU,AveDiskRead,AveDiskWrite,user
     AveCPU    AveDiskRead   AveDiskWrite      User
---------- -------------- -------------- ---------
                                             xxxxxx
   00:00:00          0.04M          0.00M
   00:00:00          0.00M              0
   01:00:22          1.63M          1.66M

We run Slurm 19.05.6.
