[slurm-users] SLURM Install

Hi Bas,

I wish I'd known that two years ago, might've saved me some setting up 
(if it was around two years ago). My SLURM configuration is also 
CFEngine3 controlled. So I'm quite interested in sharing .

Having a look at it in a minute...
