slurm.conf:
TaskPlugin=task/cgroup
JobAcctGatherParams=NoOverMemoryKill
cgroup.conf:
ConstrainRAMSpace=yes
ConstrainKmemSpace=no
ConstrainSwapSpace=yes
AllowedRamSpace=100
AllowedSwapSpace=0
MaxRAMPercent=100
MaxSwapPercent=100
MinRAMSpace=30
I think those are the relevant portions.
