[slurm-users] Fairshare - root user

Looking at output of 'sshare", I see:

root at myserver:~# sshare -l

It it OK that 'root' user has what looks like 50% shares of the entire cluster, leaving the other 50% to all the other users? If it's not an issue, OK, but if it is, any way to reduce the 'root' share?
