[slurm-users] Disable requesting a particular node in slurm

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is a way to disable requesting a particular node
for a partition? I mean lets say I have a priority partition with nodes
islpc[17-40] .. is there a way I can disable the option of running jobs
with

srun -w islpc20 --pty bash and same with sbatch?

or atleast disable the power of preemption for such jobs, because otherwise
it's just unfair to know whose job you kill.
