[slurm-users] Update via 'sacctmgr load'?

Hi Marcin,

Thanks for the reply.  I wasn't thinking of trying to administer all the
accounts, just modifying a few, i.e. 'load' without the 'clean' option.
My question was really about how well modifying just part of the data
works.
