Hi Gennaro,

I tried that. It doesnt even queue the job with an error:
sbatch: unrecognized option '--array=1-24'
sbatch: error: Try help for more information.

I would use:

sbatch --array=...

As far as I know srun doesn't support arrays.

environment variables should work under sbatch, so you can use something
like:

sleep $((SLURM_ARRAY_TASK_ID*5))

where array index ranges from 0 to n-1.
