 compiled and installed slurm on ubuntu. it works great but if I take a node down by running slurmd stop and start, it keeps appearing as DOWN (Not responding) </span><br style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-size: 15px;">

 only fix is restarting slurmctld with -c flag. afterwards all nodes are back up! </span><br style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-size: 15px;">

Note that running slurmd -vvvv and slurmctld -vvvv does not show any indicative signs of errors.</div>
